In commemoration of our Ten-Year Anniversary, a number of Grace Downtown’s partner ministries have sent us letters thanking our community for the support you have provided them over the years. This week, we’re sharing a letter from The Porch, which provides mentorship and spiritual support to kids and teens throughout the District:
Dear Grace Downtown,
We thank God for the gift of you all and the opportunity to partner in ministry with you!!
This year has looked different for The Porch and has had unexpected surprises. Yet in all, we have seen the faithful love of the Lord over and over again. He has worked and provided in ways that encourage our hearts and faith and have helped share his love with the youth.
One of the ways we have seen his faithful love is through Grace Downtown. We thank God for you and for all the ways in which you support, care for and join in with us, from

to Tuesday morning prayer faithfully praying for us
to ALL the many Community Groups and members who volunteer rides, their time, homes and food
to Grace Downtown’s financial support of The Porch!
We thank you and praise God for you. We also pray that you all are encouraged and refreshed, too.
